KPIs through Scorecards 


1. Change in Searches (YOY)

Changes in Searches refers to the change (absolute and percentage) in the number of searches (Year on Year Basis) by the users on the app. It can be used to see the engagement of the users on the app.

2. Change in Likes (YOY)

This is the change (absolute and percentage) in the likings of the product  (Year on Year Basis) by the users of the app. It can be used as the base of improvement over the period of time.

3. Change in Users (YOY)

This scorecard refers to the change (absolute and percentage) in the number of users (including listers), Year on Year basis. It can be used to keep a tap on the number of new users (current year) in comparison to previous year.

4. Total Number of Users (Including Listers)

This is simply the count of the total number of users on the app till date.

5. Average User Life on App (days)

Average user life of users on the app tells us for how many days on average a user stayed on our platform (difference between entry and exit date).


6. User Feedback (App)

The above pie chart depicts the feedback that the users had about the app. This chart gives a birds eye view of the feedback.




7. Most Posted Item 



This Bar graph depicts the most number of Items posted on Tradly Social app. This analysis comes with the multiple filter option - Location wise, Category Wise and Sell Type Wise. All three filters can be used in isolation or in combination as per the need of the users. Uses Example: One can see top listed products in Bangalore for a particular category say 9 and further can also know about the sales types the Lister is offering say Fixed or negotiable.




  1. 8. Average Number of New users

This Time series graph depicts the average number of new users added to the app for a particular period of time . You can use the date range functionality at the top for controlling time period (we have taken it as 1 week period). Trend Line at the same time may be handy for predicting the number of users in the coming time period.

  1. 9. Average Number of Searches

This Time series graph depicts the average number of searches on the app for a particular period of time . You as a platform owner can use the date range functionality at the top for controlling time period. If you want to go ahead and predict the the expected number of new searches on the platform then you can simply use the trend analysis functionality.
